Our Strategic Plan 2026-30 sets three important objectives:
- Improve our repairs service by 2027
- Get top marks against the Regulator’s consumer standards by 2028, showing improved services to residents
- Restore our financial health by 2029, so all investment into our homes and services can be covered by our income on an annual basis.
Our vision is to create communities where everyone has a safe home in a place they’re proud to live. This strategy has been designed to deliver just that.
We’re committed to ensuring Southern Housing delivers high quality homes and services to our 167,000 residents, now and long into the future.
